Treacy ran the recruitment arm of the group of companies specialising in debtor risk management and administration from 1998 until 2001 with Ian who was formerly the General Manager/Director of Trace Personnel P/L. However he is now in a new role, where he can still consult back into the Trace business, with Careers MultiList Ltd, a publicly listed company that Trace has been involved with for over 10 years.
Treacy’s passion for starting a business was driven by the desire to create a positive environment for employees, which led to great ongoing business for our clients and candidates with reward and recognition. Treacy is a Director of trace Personnel, a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and an active Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM). Treacy is also a member of the Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She has an Advanced Diploma of Marketing Management and a 12-year sales and marketing background within the hospitality and recruitment industry.
Treacy is also a Director of Fresh Catering, a Sydney based catering company.
Treacy enjoys cooking, travelling, fine red wine and hopes to one day master the art of pilates.
Narelle Cambourn
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Narelle has had a long successful career in the recruitment industry, for over 2 decades she has specialised in many different areas temporary, permanent and contract employment across sales and marketing, credit/collections, accounting and administration. Narelle has held senior management positions with responsibility for business and team performance.
Her greatest passion is specialising in the credit industry, with over 10 years experience dedicated to the industry, Narelle joined Trace Personnel this year to continue to support her valued clients and provide them with top quality staff and expert advice. Narelle has been successful in building relationships and instrumental in developing people’s careers, she enjoys making connections that create value and reward. “It’s a great feeling knowing you are part of that success”.
Randall Brown
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Randall has recently joined the Trace Personnel team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. He has brought 6 years of recruitment experience with him where he was running the Insurance division of an industry leader. Prior to this Randall worked for an international banking firm where he developed his strong sales and relationship skills
Randall brings a thorough knowledge of the insurance market and professional and service focused approach to all recruitment.
Andrew Cush
Financial Controller
Andrew has been consulting for Trace Personnel on financial matters for some time, however joined the team in early 2012 on a permanent basis as Financial Controller. Andrew began his career running his own company whilst completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Law. He is an associate member of the Certified Practising Accountants ‘CPA’ organisation, with twelve months to go until he reaches CPA status. He is also an invite only member to the International Golden Key Honours Society, recognising the top fifteen per cent of university students worldwide.
Andrew says he has many hobbies but lives for Trace!
Tony Hong
Administration & Marketing Co-Ordinator
Tony has recently joined the Trace Personnel team as the Marketing & Administration Coordinator. Bringing a wealth of Industry experience, Tony has recently completed his Masters in Human Resources Management and is planning to continue further studies if he has extra time. He has most recently been working as an Executive Assistant at a global recruitment firm with duties similar to his current role.
With an outstanding work ethic and a drive to succeed Tony will bring a new approach to the Trace team.
