Treacy Sheehan
General Manager/Director
NSW & QLD Recruitment Specialist
Treacy ran the recruitment arm of the group of companies specialising in debtor risk management and administration from 1998 until 2001 with Ian. Her passion for starting a business was driven by the desire to create a positive environment for employees, which led to great ongoing business for our clients and candidates with reward and recognition. Treacy is a Director of trace Personnel, a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and an active Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM). Treacy is also a member of the Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She has an Advanced Diploma of Marketing Management and a 12-year sales and marketing background within the hospitality and recruitment industry.
Treacy is also a Director of Fresh Catering, a Sydney based catering company.
Treacy enjoys cooking, travelling, fine red wine and hopes to one day master the art of pilates.
Joanne Baumgartner
National Recruitment & Candidate Manager
Joanne joined trace Personnel in 2002 as Senior Recruitment Consultant, bringing with her 8 years experience in the Recruitment Industry. Previously running the casual division of an industry leader, she also implemented a successful in-house training program. Joanne has a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations.
Joanne enjoys fine wine, sport and eating.
Ian Smallman Consultant
Recruitment Specialist
Ian was formerly the General Manager/Director of Trace Personnel P/L. However he is now in a new role, where he can still consult back into the Trace business, with Careers MultiList Ltd, a publicly listed company that Trace has been involved with for over 10 years. With over 22 years of recruitment experience Ian’s main areas of specialisation are Debtor Risk management, Credit management and Sales & Marketing. Having completed his Honours Degree in Business Studies, Ian also holds a wealth of international experience having worked in Europe, USA and Asia.
He is an active Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM) and is on the Membership Committee of the AICM for NSW.
You will catch Ian in the summer months as a Surf Lifesaver at North Narrabeen. He also enjoys a good red wine and brewing beer, which helps with the joys of raising two beautiful daughters.
Molly Lin
Accountant
Molly joined Trace Personnel in January 2009 as an Accountant, bringing with her 10 years experience in commercial accounting. She has worked in a variety of industries and environments and a history of “can do and efficient” performance.
She is a friendly & highly motivated individual with an open and confident style and is an associate member of National Institute of Accountants (NIA).
Molly enjoys shopping, listening to music, watching movies, swimming, cycling and playing table tennis.
Lydia Harris
Accounts Receivable
Lydia joined Trace in 2006 with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the credit industry, Operation management, Accounts and strong background of customer service and Personnel Assistant skills. Since commencing with Trace Lydia focuses her skills on Accounts Receivables and the legal system. With Lydia’s vast experience in office management, accounts and PA, coupled with her loyalty and never give up attitude she has been a successful and loyal addition to the Trace team.
Whitnee Dias
Administration & Marketing Co-Ordinator
Whitnee Dias has recently joined the Trace Personnel team as the Recruitment Manager for our Temporary/ Contracting division at Trace Personnel and is also the Marketing & Administration Coordinator. Bringing a wealth of Industry experience, Whitnee has recently completed her Diploma in Management, CIV in Property & Real Estate and is currently studying her Bachelor of Business Studies Majoring in Human Resources and Marketing. Whitnee has most recently been working as a Recruitment Consultant and specialised in Temporary and Contracting recruitment for Office Support.
With an outstanding work ethic and a drive to succeed Whitnee will bring a new approach to the Trace team.
Joan Ah-hen
Recruitment Consultant
Joan Ah-hen has recently joined Trace Personnel as a Recruitment Consultant and specialises in Temporary/Contracting recruitment for the Office Support and Human Resources sector of the business. Joan has most recently been working in an Administrative capacity for a national leader in the I.T. industry and also brings with her a wealth of experience in the fitness industry. Joan brings a new hype to the Trace Personnel team and is looking forward to assisting candidates and clients with finding their perfect match.
Minos Paterakis
VIC & TAS State Manager
Minos has over 14 years experience working in a diverse range of roles including Sales, Stakeholder & Relationship Management, Call Centre Management, Operations Leadership, Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management. Minos thrives on developing long lasting and effective relationships with his clients through his honest, collaborative and performance driven approach. Prior to moving into the State Manager Victoria role, Minos was the National Change Manager at a large major financial institution.
He is currently learning to fly a light aircraft and enjoys a nice drop of red wine.
