Office Manager

Our client is a real estate company that do things differently. Due to rapid growth they are currently seeking an experienced office manager to join there fast paced team in Surry Hills.

In this role you will be responsible for, Database management, Website management, manging all administration functions, Accounts management – no experience in bookkeeping required you will be trained in accounting processes and adhoc work where required.

To be considered for this role you must have worked in an office management position and ideally within the property field, you will possess high attention to detail, have excellent communication and organisational skills, have the ability to multi task and work under pressure. You will have an intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Suites applications.

Bookkeeper

Our client is an expert in the Hospitality and Event industry. Due to rapid growth in 2006 and an expanding portfolio of clients an opportunity has now become available for a part time Bookkeeper to join their team in Surry Hills.

 

In this role you will be responsible for generating daily sales data and weekly sales invoices for clients, receive and record timesheets, follow up outstanding invoices and receive payroll enquires from staff. You will also be providing hands on support to the Directors and liaising with external accounting functions.

 

To be considered for this role you will have hands on experience using MYOB and are accustomed to working with SME clients. You will have an excellent understanding of online systems and processes, a strong background in accounting/bookkeeping, with sound communication skills.
