Our client is a real estate company that do things differently. Due to rapid growth they are currently seeking an experienced office manager to join there fast paced team in Surry Hills.
In this role you will be responsible for, Database management, Website management, manging all administration functions, Accounts management – no experience in bookkeeping required you will be trained in accounting processes and adhoc work where required.
To be considered for this role you must have worked in an office management position and ideally within the property field, you will possess high attention to detail, have excellent communication and organisational skills, have the ability to multi task and work under pressure. You will have an intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Suites applications.
Your enthusiastic approach, desire to be part of the team and your sense of humour will see you “fit right in”.
