Paul Clarke

Way back when, Paul was founding Director of The Mode Group and led the business to become one of the most successful catering operations in Sydney. Paul sold Mode to Spotless in 1999 and started Fresh Catering later that year before making a career change to real estate where over a period of 15 years he worked with premium brands such as Ray White and Belle. His exemplary negotiating skills earned him many record sales, particularly at the upper end of the market.
In 2018 Treacy and Paul launched TraceCare, a service offering to the Aged Care and NDIS spaces which has been the realisation of a long held passion for them both.
On a personal level Paul and his partner have three young sons for whom Treacy does excellent ‘Aunty’ and enjoys entertaining at home proving you can take the boy out of catering, but not catering out of the boy!
