Treacy had long held an ambition to establish a premier boutique recruitment agency and achieved just that in 2001 with Trace Personnel. Treacy is all about creating positive outcomes for candidates and clients and as a result enjoys enduring relationships with many clients today that have been with her since day dot!
Treacy is a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and an active Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM). Treacy is also a member of the Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She has an Advanced Diploma of Marketing Management and a 20-year background in sales and marketing within the hospitality and recruitment industry.
In 2018 Treacy launched TraceCare, a service offering to the Aged Care and NDIS spaces which has been the realisation of a long held passion.
On a personal note, Treacy is kept busy outside of work with her gorgeous baby boy, Eamon, and enjoys cooking, travelling, fine red wine and hopes one day to master the art of Pilates!
Gary offers over 40 years of real life business experience hiring and managing all levels of staff. The industries benefitting from this experience have included medical, manufacturing, retail, transport and infrastructure.
As a successful business owner ranging from sole trader and operator to a large public listed company and everything in, between there has been one common thread: people.
Identifying, choosing and looking after the right people over a lifetime of business has been the key to Gary’s success. Because it is, in fact, the key to every organisation’s success.
Gary is now translating those wins into helping TraceCare and Trace Personnel’s staff, clients and candidates … their people.
National Operations Manager (Aged Care & NDIS)
Sarah Hamilton (Delaney) joins TraceCare with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Sarah has worked in both the disability and aged care sectors and over a 20-year career has worked her way up from direct care through to senior management. Her breadth of experience encompasses care domains such as in home care support, supported accommodation, respite care, day programs and residential aged care.
Sarah holds formal qualifications in Disabilities, Aged Care, Work Place Training & Assessment, Front Line Management and Service Coordination.
Sarah is passionate about providing quality, holistic, individualised care and services to all. She is driven to empower individuals and to make a positive difference in each and every person’s life.
Yanna joined Team Trace in 2019 and brings a wealth of experience in the IT and database management spaces to the table.
With over three years experience in the banking industry Yanna has a keen eye on process which enables the business to deliver more whilst ensuring productivity and standards of excellence.
Yanna has honed her skills in database management, website creation, reports generation, sourcing applicants for on-hire casual and full-time staff from entry to executive level, sales generation and market research. Yanna is the Trace Administration Guru!
On personal note, Yanna loves to travel and experience something new!
Rod is our numbers guy and has a wealth of experience in finance and operations, ranging from family owned businesses to senior positions with publicly listed and international companies. He has been our go-to for financial matters for some time, however he joined the team in 2013 on a permanent basis as Financial Controller.
Rod is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Accountants and has a Bachelor Degree in Economics.
