Treacy Sheehan

Treacy had long held an ambition to establish a premier boutique recruitment agency and achieved just that in 2001 with Trace Personnel. Treacy is all about creating positive outcomes for candidates and clients and as a result enjoys enduring relationships with many clients today that have been with her since day dot!

Treacy is a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and an active Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM). Treacy is also a member of the Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She has an Advanced Diploma of Marketing Management and a 20-year background in sales and marketing within the hospitality and recruitment industry.

In 2018 Treacy launched TraceCare, a service offering to the Aged Care and NDIS spaces which has been the realisation of a long held passion.

On a personal note, Treacy is kept busy outside of work with her gorgeous son, Eamon, and enjoys cooking, travelling, fine red wine and hopes one day to master the art of Pilates!

Gary Deigan

Director

Gary offers over 40 years of real life business experience hiring and managing all levels of staff. The industries benefitting from this experience have included medical, manufacturing, retail, transport and infrastructure.

As a successful business owner ranging from sole trader and operator to a large public listed company and everything in, between there has been one common thread: people.

Identifying, choosing and looking after the right people over a lifetime of business has been the key to Gary’s success. Because it is, in fact, the key to every organisation’s success.

Gary is now translating those wins into helping TraceCare and Trace Personnel’s staff, clients and candidates … their people.

Miriam Cobby

Recruitment Manager

Miriam brings over 15 years’ experience in diverse aspects of the recruiting, hospitality, finance and administration fields. During this time Miriam has enjoyed the opportunity to live and work in London which inspired her passion to work with people from all parts of the world.

Miriam really enjoys connecting with candidates to help them find their perfect role and working closely with clients to help them find their unicorn. She loves problem-solving and isn’t afraid of a challenge!

In her personal life Miriam loves spending quality time with her dog and her two children, keeping fit, cooking and enjoying the outdoors.
